Sadie Begay

Event Sales Lead

Sadie Begay joined the OMNI family in 2022 as one of the original hires at the OMNI Brewery & Taproom Rosemount. She brought her background in event planning, having led countless celebrations, helping couples and guests bring their visions to life with ease and care. Her passion for meaningful experiences and attention to detail make every event feel seamless and special.

Winemaker

DJ started making wine in 2007 in the beautiful Northern Virginia wine AVA. Wanting to have their kids closer to Grandparents, he and his wife moved to the Twin Cities area. DJ was excited to bring his experience to OMNI Winery & Event Center, where he is passionate about the crafting exceptional wine and guiding guests through an educational and flavorful tasting experience.

Nikita Steinwall-Hui

With over 15 years of passion poured into hospitality, events, and venue operations, Nikita brings her dedication to OMNI as our Tasting Room Manager. Her passion for wine is matched only in her love for creating spaces where people can gather, and feel truly at home. Nikita is excited to welcome you to our Tasting room where wine can be enjoyed, discovered, and celebrated.

The OMNI Story

In 2015, OMNI Brewing Co. opened the first OMNI taproom in Maple Grove with a simple goal: build a place where everyone can enjoy a beer, together.

That mission expanded into a second taproom here in Rosemount, then a third in Victoria. And now, we’ve built a different kind of space with the same goal: to welcome the love stories, the wine lovers, and all of life’s most exceptional moments.
